Charisse Evans founded BE|SPOKE BRASS after observing the relationship between confidence, presentation, and presence. Clothing is a language and before the conversation begins others have already formed an impression about who you are and what you represent.
Charisse studied Fashion Design, Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Columbus College of Art and Design, retired from the United States Army, and later earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University. Her professional experience both in the military and civilian sector further shaped her understanding of how individuals are perceived in environments where expectations are often unspoken.
Her interest in menswear grew from a deeper belief that men deserve to be seen, valued, respected, appreciated, and thoughtfully represented. Through BE|SPOKE BRASS she is building a menswear experience that considers more than the garment itself. Her work centers on developing sartorial consistency through proportion, fit, and deliberate garment selection, helping clients present themselves with consistency and distinction.
For Charisse, this is what walking in purpose looks like. It is about helping the man behind the suit show up with clarity, confidence, and presence that serves as an asset for the spaces they prepare to enter.
